WorkCover WA Online security changes

From January 2021, Multi-factor authentication (MFA) will become mandatory for all WorkCover WA Online users.

MFA and strengthened password requirements were implemented in the WorkCover WA Online system in December 2019 to improve the security of your online credentials and information.

Registered users are currently able to opt-in to use the MFA feature by following the prompts when logging in to WorkCover WA Online. The feature uses mobile phone numbers and text messages and was recently extended to include landline phone numbers.

WorkCover WA Online can be accessed by clicking this link or visiting the WorkCover WA home page and using the Quick Access menu on the left-hand side of the page.
