WorkCover WA Strategic Plan 2022-2025: Building on Strength

WorkCover WA are pleased to announce the release of the WorkCover WA Strategic Plan 2022 – 2025: Building on Strength.

The Strategic Plan will guide the Agency over the next three years in leading a responsive and sustainable workers’ compensation scheme, modernising the delivery of its services, and building on the capability of its people, culture and systems.

It sets out three strategic priorities:

  • Strategic Scheme Management
  • Modernising Workers Compensation Laws
  • People, culture and systems

The WorkCover WA Board, Corporate Executive team and staff are committed to focusing on these three strategic priorities. The Strategic Plan will build on the strengths of the previous years and produce a range of benefits for stakeholders, delivering on the vision of a ‘workers’ compensation and injury management scheme that works for all.’
