The Director Conciliation has issued an Updated Notice regarding electronic lodgement of Memoranda of Agreement (MOA) and section 92(f) Deeds (Deeds). The Notice permits parties to submit MOA documents in PDF format electronically via email to conciliation@workcover.wa.gov.au for the period of the State of Emergency which was declared in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Due to the difficulty in identifying whether a document lodged electronically bares an electronic or hand written signature, confirmation that a MOA or Deed has been properly executed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia must be included in a cover letter when agreements are lodged.
