CAS Service Update – COVID19 Bulletin

Conciliation and Arbitration Services continue uninterrupted via telephone conferences and hearings, and the lodgement of applications and documents via WorkCover WA Online.

The logistical arrangements for conducting in-person conferences and hearings are being considered and the transition back to face to face interactions will commence as soon as it is safe to do so.

Parties to a dispute will continue to be advised via Listing Notices of the location and method for all conferences and hearings.
