Claims in Focus: Join us for the launch of our new Claims Managers training program!

WorkCover WA is pleased to announce the upcoming release of the new online training course ‘Foundations of Workers’ Compensation: Claims Managers’.

This exciting new product is free for all industry stakeholders and is specifically designed to assist claims managers to develop and improve their knowledge of the workers’ compensation and injury management scheme.

Providing practical tools and information, the training will assist learners to gain the skills required to optimise their performance and client service delivery. Upon completion, learners can confidently apply their knowledge to assist their clients through the claims process.

To officially launch the training course, WorkCover WA is holding a breakfast event, ‘Claims in Focus’, for industry professionals at Beaumonde on The Point, Perth on 28 July 2022.
