Disability access and inclusion plan 2017-2022
WorkCover WA is seeking public comment, ideas and input as it renews its Disability Access and Inclusion Plan for the period 2017 – 2022.
That process will help WorkCover WA to ensure that services provided are accessible to people with disability and consistent with public expectation. WorkCover WA is hoping to receive comment on how to improve access to:
- services and events;
- buildings and other facilities;
- information – brochures and websites and available in alternate formats on request;
- quality service;
- complaint mechanisms;
- public consultations;
- opportunities for employment.
If you have had contact with WorkCover WA in person, via phone or email and have any comments as to how we can improve our services or facilities to assist people with disability, we would greatly value your feedback.
