Dispute resolution: what happens if there’s a dispute?

Following the launch of educational videos in 2017, WorkCover WA released four new videos to provide information and assistance for scheme participants, including ‘Dispute resolution: what happens if there’s a dispute?’

The video is an excellent resource for employers, workers and service providers, and explains:

  • the options available to parties involved in a workers’ compensation claim if a dispute arises
  • common issues that cause disputes, and
  • the role of the WorkCover WA Conciliation and Arbitration Services
