Email system upgrades and changes to WorkCover WA Online security

WorkCover WA’s email system will be upgraded during the Christmas reduced services period between 27 December 2019 and 1 January 2020.

All emails sent to WorkCover WA during this time should be copied (CC) to workcover@westnet.com.au. This email account will be monitored by WorkCover WA staff, in case of main email system downtime.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) and strengthened password requirements have been implemented in the WorkCover WA Online system to improve the security of your online credentials and information.

Registered users are strongly encouraged to opt-in to use the MFA feature by following the prompts when logging in to WorkCover WA Online. The feature will use mobile phone numbers and text messages.

WorkCover WA Online can be accessed by clicking this link or visiting the WorkCover WA home page and using the Quick Access menu on the left hand side of the page.
