Fee Orders Released
With the countdown to 1 July on, I am pleased to provide stakeholders with key instruments and information as they become available. Today, the Fee Orders were published in the Government Gazette.
As provided for in the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023, the Minister for Industrial Relations has fixed the fees payable for:
- medical services
- allied health services
- workplace rehabilitation services
- permanent impairment assessment services.
The fee orders will apply from 1 July 2024, and you can access them here.
