New Fee Orders Released
The Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023 provides for the Minister for Industrial Relations to fix the fees payable for:
- medical services
- allied health services
- workplace rehabilitation services
- permanent impairment assessment services.
WorkCover WA is pleased to advise that new Fee Orders were published in the Government Gazette on Friday 11 October 2024. The Fee Orders apply a 4.41% increase to current fees.
The new Fee Orders apply from 1 November 2024 and can be accessed here.
