New Online Training for Insurance Brokers

Following the introduction of the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023, we released two suites of online training for key stakeholder groups, Workplace Rehabilitation Providers and Claims Managers.

Today, we are pleased to release updated training for a third stakeholder group: Insurance Brokers.

The Foundations of Workers Compensation: Insurance Brokers course has been crafted to deliver essential knowledge and service expectations to brokers operating in the Western Australian Scheme.

Delivering critical information on the new legislative framework and its impact, it is recommended that all insurance brokers providing services related to workers compensation complete this training.

The new course can be accessed freely through our online education portal. A certificate of achievement will be issued upon completion of course requirements.
