PTSD presumption for ambulance workers – effective 1 February 2022
Amendments to the Regulations establish a rebuttable presumption of work-related injury for post-traumatic stress disorder contracted by ambulance workers.
The amendment regulations implement a McGowan Government election commitment and come into effect on 1 February 2022.
