Updated Online Education Programs

In line with the introduction of the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023, we have updated the online training programs for two of our key stakeholder groups.

The Foundations of Workers Compensation: Workplace Rehabilitation Providers and Foundations of Workers Compensation: Claims Managers courses are specifically designed to assist these key stakeholder groups to improve their knowledge of workers compensation in Western Australia, and their obligations under the scheme.

The updated programs contain essential information about the new legislative framework and its impact on how various scheme participants operate.

These new courses are free for all industry stakeholders, with a certificate of completion awarded upon finalising program requirements. Industry professionals completing the Claims Management Course will also receive 10 NIBA/ANZIIF CPD Points upon completion.

You can access and complete these courses through our online education portal.

A revised training program crafted specifically for insurance brokers is set to be released later this year.
