Welcome to WorkCover WA seminar

Unless COVID-19 restrictions are in place, the next Welcome to WorkCover WA seminar will be held on 25 August 2020 from 9.30am to 11.30am at WorkCover WA in Shenton Park.

These seminars are held quarterly to provide stakeholders with an introduction to the workers’ compensation scheme in Western Australia, and topics include:

• How the scheme operates
• Legislation and premium rates
• Claims process and statistics
• Regulating workers’ compensation
• Key obligations of employers
• Dispute resolution
• Injury management and return to work.

The seminar will also provide an opportunity for attendees to ask questions on these topics.
