WorkCover WA Chief Executive Officer appointment

WorkCover WA is pleased to announce the Governor in Executive Council has approved the appointment of Mr Chris White as Chief Executive Officer, WorkCover WA for a five year term commencing 12 November 2019.

Mr White has been acting in the position since January 2017 and has been with WorkCover WA since October 2004 holding a range of senior management roles. He has been instrumental in implementing government workers’ compensation reform agendas, including leading the legislative reviews that led to the Workers’ Compensation Conciliation and Arbitration Services being established.

“Mr White is an excellent Chief Executive Officer with a deep-seated commitment to all stakeholders.  He brings a wealth of experience to the role, and is an outstanding choice to lead WorkCover WA into the future.”, Mr Greg Joyce, Chairperson of the WorkCover WA Board.
