WorkCover WA Conference 2019 Wrap-Up

On 8 and 9 May 2019, Western Australia’s workers’ compensation and injury management community gathered to share knowledge and information on emerging trends and the future of workers’ compensation and injury management.

The Conference provided a platform which highlighted current themes and trends in injury management and workers’ compensation, providing delegates with an opportunity to learn about developments in workers’ compensation and how to adapt to the inevitable changes of tomorrow.

The event was a resounding success, with over 400 delegates attending over two days to view 20 exhibitions and listen to 23 presentations by Australia’s leading minds and experts about the future, people and change, mental health, cultural intelligence, risks and claims management, and health outlooks.

A networking function was held on the evening of Wednesday 8 May and provided delegates, speakers and exhibitors with the opportunity to interact and discuss the day’s sessions.

For speaker presentations and photos from the event, please visit the WorkCover WA Conference 2019 website*. Feedback across the two days was overwhelmingly positive and indicates the presentations and exhibitions, as well as the networking opportunities, were beneficial to everyone who attended.

WorkCover WA would like to thank all the speakers, exhibitors and delegates for their contributions in making the WorkCover WA Conference 2019 an enjoyable and informative event for everyone.
