WorkCover WA Costs Determination

Last Friday, the WorkCover WA Costs Determination was approved by the Minister for Industrial Relations and published in the Government Gazette.

The Costs Determination governs the awarding costs in the workers compensation Conciliation and Arbitration Services.

The final substantive legislative instrument required before the new Act becomes operational, the Costs Determination comes into effect on 1 July 2024.
