The Workers Compensation and Injury Management Bill 2021 (Consultation Draft) was released for public consultation on 11 August 2021 and the period for public submissions has closed.

A total of 86 submissions were received and WorkCover WA thanks all submitters for their contribution to the process of modernising WA’s workers compensation laws.
