To support the knowledge and understanding of our stakeholders, we have developed micro-credentials on the key components of the workers compensation and injury management scheme.
Micro-credentials are self-contained online learning courses which include assessments, and allow practitioners to achieve a Unit of Competency to build their nationally recognised Personal Injury Management qualification.
As of 1 July 2024, courses are available for:
- claims managers
- workplace rehabilitation providers
- insurance brokers – coming soon.
These courses are freely accessible to industry professionals via the online education portal. Simply ‘purchase’ the programs through your cart and begin learning.
